Edy Supriyanto Widyantoro

Edy S Widyantoro currently serves as the Recruitment & People Development Supervisor at PT Millennium Pharmacon International, Tbk, focusing on maintaining the manpower planning of all divisions and managing the end-to-end recruitment process since September 2023. Previously, Edy worked as an HR Training and Development Specialist at BIENSI FESYENINDO from December 2019 to September 2023, conducting annual training needs analysis to align programs with company objectives. Edy has also held various HR roles, including HRD Supervisor at PT ANYAR RETAIL INDONESIA, Regional Human Capital Business Partner at PT BFI Finance Indonesia, and participated in a Management Trainee program to develop leadership skills. Earlier in the career, Edy gained experience as a radio announcer at several FM stations and also contributed to the Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Jawa Barat in formulating technical policies. Edy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations Communication from Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika.
