Joe Fulton

Joe Fulton currently serves as the Engineering Site Lead at Millennium Space Systems, A Boeing Company, where responsibilities include overseeing on-site operations in Colorado Springs and liaising with customers and industry partners. Prior to this role, Joe was a Principal Consultant at DSoft Technology, leading the Defense and Space Sector and managing DoD contracts. Joe's earlier experience encompasses roles as a Space Control Analyst and Modeling and Simulation Engineer at Engility Corporation, a Financial Advisor at NCN Financial, and various academic and leadership positions at the U.S. Air Force Academy, including Deputy Head of the Astronautics Department. Joe's military background includes serving as Deputy Commander of the Wideband Global SATCOM Group and significant contributions to the Air Force Academy’s FalconSat program. Joe holds a PhD in Astronautical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and additional degrees in Astronautical Engineering and Personal Finance.
