Joshua Madrigal

Joshua Madrigal has a strong background in contracts management, with experience at both Millennium Space Systems and Northrop Grumman. At Millennium Space Systems, they started as a Senior Contracts Manager in May 2018, where they built an entire contracts department and leads a team of four contract administrators. Joshua serves as the main point of contact for proposal, contract, and deliverable discussions with customers and manages a diverse portfolio including projects for the US Air Force, DARPA, MDA, DoD, and NASA. In January 2021, they were promoted to the role of Director of Contracts and later became the Vice President of Contracts in July 2022. Prior to joining Millennium Space Systems, Joshua worked at Northrop Grumman as a Principal Contract Administrator from June 2013 to May 2018, and also had a brief role as an International Trade Compliance Analyst from June 2015 to September 2015.

Joshua Madrigal has a background in higher education. Joshua pursued a degree in Business Management and Finance with a minor in Contract Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Additionally, in 2019, they participated in the Aerospace Project Management Program at Caltech.
