Tim Gresham has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Tim began their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Communication Platoon Sergeant from 1989 to 1995. After that, they joined Hughes Space and Communications as a Mechanical Design Engineer.

In 1995, Tim transitioned to Boeing, where they worked as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer until 2002. During this time, they gained valuable expertise in the field.

Tim also played a key role in the development and implementation of advanced model-based systems engineering techniques.
