Tim Gresham

Tim Gresham has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Tim began their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Communication Platoon Sergeant from 1989 to 1995. After that, they joined Hughes Space and Communications as a Mechanical Design Engineer.

In 1995, Tim transitioned to Boeing, where they worked as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer until 2002. During this time, they gained valuable expertise in the field.

Following Boeing, Tim joined Northrop Grumman Space Technology as an Advanced Concepts Principal Investigator. Tim served in this role for over a decade, from 2002 to 2013.

In 2009, Tim transitioned to Sequoia Real Estate Partners, where they worked as a Managing Partner until 2015.

Tim also played a key role in the development and implementation of advanced model-based systems engineering techniques.

Tim Gresham has a strong educational background with a focus on business and engineering. Tim completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aeronautical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo between 1992 and 1995. Tim further pursued their higher education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management, specializing in Finance, Marketing, Global Economics, Real Estate, Forecasting, Leadership, and Human Resources. This was achieved during the period from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Tim Gresham has obtained the "Learning XAI: Explainable Artificial Intelligence" certification from LinkedIn in August 2021.
