Grace Bourque

Grace Bourque started their work experience in 2007 as an Implementation Specialist at ADP. Grace then joined Loreal / salon centric in 2014 as a Manager. Since 2018, they have been working as a Senior Success Specialist at Millennium Systems International, where they are responsible for onboarding new clients, performing proactive client lifecycle calls, monitoring customer activity, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Grace also provides pre-sale assistance and attends internal trainings to maintain knowledge of current product offerings.

Grace Bourque graduated from Sussex County Community College in 2012 with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management. Prior to that, they attended Capri Institute of Hair Design-Succasunna from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained a Skin Care License in Esthetics.
