Nicholas Carlson

Nicholas Carlson is an experienced customer success professional with a progressive history in client management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Client Success Manager II at Millennium Systems International since October 2022, Nicholas has previously held key positions such as Head of Support and Customer Success at ClearSpend and Customer Success Manager at Doma. Prior to these roles, Nicholas demonstrated expertise as Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager at Honorlock, and as Customer Success Manager at Rocket Matter. Additionally, Nicholas gained foundational experience as Customer Success Manager for Law, Support Lead, and Support Specialist at ExamSoft from January 2017 to June 2019.
