Ryan Burns

Ryan Burns has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ryan started their career in 2011 as a Greenskeeper at MWR, where they were responsible for applying fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, and insecticides, as well as maintaining the irrigation system. Ryan then moved on to become an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at MWR, where they continued to manage the application of chemicals and irrigation system maintenance.

In 2013, Ryan worked as an intern at Baltusrol Golf Club.

In 2015, Ryan joined Millennium Systems International, starting as a Technical Business Support Specialist, providing technical support to clients in the beauty industry. Ryan performed tasks such as configuring peripheral point-of-sale hardware, data migrations, and running data scripts. Ryan then progressed to become a Senior Technical Business Support Specialist, where they were responsible for delegating assignments, escalations, and providing Tier One support.

Ryan's career at Millennium Systems International continued to progress, and they took on roles such as Implementation Specialist, Senior Implementation Specialist in the Migration Division, and Implementation Team Lead. In these roles, they were involved in onboarding new clients, providing support and education, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Ryan also demonstrated leadership skills and successfully led high-performing teams.

Throughout their career, Ryan has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Ryan Burns obtained a High School Diploma from Jefferson Township High School, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Following that, they attended County College of Morris from 2010 to 2014 and earned an Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Turf and Turfgrass Management. In terms of additional certifications, Ryan obtained a Turf and Ornamentals Pesticide Application certification from the State of New Jersey Office of the Attorney General in August 2013. Ryan also received certifications in Leadership, Team-Building and Coaching Skills for Managers and Supervisors, and Management & Leadership Skills For New Managers And Supervisors, both granted by Pryor Learning Solutions | Fred Pryor Seminars | CareerTrack in November 2019 and December 2019, respectively. Lastly, Ryan obtained a Demo2Win! certification from 2Win! in September 2022.
