Derek Pedrosi began their career in 1997 as a Technology Coordinator/Teacher at University Public School. In 1999, they moved to Ionbond as IT Manager NAFTA Region. In 2010, they joined Miller Canfield as Director Of Information Technology and Security, where they were responsible for the entirety of Miller Canfield's Information Technology. derek was later promoted to Manager of Technology Infrastructure.

Derek Pedrosi attended Lakeview from 1987 to 1990. derek then attended Michigan State University from 1990 to 1994, where they studied Engineering. derek then attended Wayne State University from 1994 to 1998, where they received an Education degree in Mathematics. Finally, they attended Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business from 2009 to 2011, where they received their MBA.
