James M. Crowley

James M. Crowley has been in the public finance industry since 1984, starting as a member of the Tax Department at Plante Moran. James M. then moved to Clark Hill PLC in 2003, becoming a Partner in the Municipal Finance Practice Group. In 2016, they joined Miller Canfield as Principal in the Public Finance Practice Group.

James M. Crowley attended Michigan State University from 1977 to 1981, earning a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. James M. then went on to Wayne State University Law School from 1981 to 1984, where they obtained their Doctor of Law (JD) with a focus in Tax Law/Taxation.
