Chuck Rugila

Chuck Rugila has extensive experience in construction management, currently serving as General Superintendent at PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC since April 2016. Previously, Chuck held the position of Superintendent at Miller Construction Company for a brief period in 2014 and worked as Project Superintendent at Procacci Development Corp. from November 2006 to March 2012. Chuck's educational background includes attendance at Monroe Catholic Central and Monroe Community College.
