Richard Mark Achtner

Richard Mark Achtner is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management and team leadership within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Sustaining Engineering Project Manager at Miller Electric Mfg. LLC since May 2012, Richard oversees a productive engineering team and manages support for product-related projects, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives. In previous roles, including NPD Project Manager and Engineering Manager, Richard has successfully led innovative development projects, coordinated cross-functional efforts, and improved engineering processes. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Richard has extensive experience in mechanical design and project management, having held multiple positions across various companies, including Weldcraft and Grede Foundries.
