Scott Welker

Scott Welker is a legal professional with extensive experience in property law and real estate. Currently serving as a Partner at Miller Harrison since March 2022 and on the Board of Directors for the Salt Lake Home Builders Association since February 2021, Welker previously held partnership roles at Vial Fotheringham Law and Welker Benjamin, PLLC, which focuses on property law in Utah and Arizona. Early career experiences include working as an Associate Attorney at Winsor Law Group, with a focus on real estate law, and serving as a Legislative Consultant for Representative Rich Crandall, where responsibilities included tracking legislation and advising on committee matters. Additional internships in legal settings, including at the City of Tucson and Graham County Superior Court, provided foundational legal experience. Scott Welker earned a J.D. from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, and a B.A. in English Literature from Arizona State University.
