Alan Draper

Alan Draper has extensive experience in customer service management within the housing and finance sectors. Since July 2021, Alan has held various roles at Miller Homes Ltd, progressing from Regional Customer Services Manager to Area and Associate Customer Services Director, and currently serves as Divisional Customer Services Director. Prior to this, Alan worked at Provident Financial Group from June 2017 to July 2021 as Area Manager and spent approximately eight years at BrightHouse as Regional Manager. Alan's career began in the heating industry, with a role as Heating Engineer at Richard Pickersgill & Sons LTD from August 1999 to December 2009.
