David Sharman

David Sharman is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in site and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Site Manager at Miller Homes Ltd since February 2023, David has been recognized as an NHBC Quality Award Winner for 2024. Previously, David held the position of Project Manager at Vistry Group from July 2022 to February 2023 and spent 18 years at Taylor Wimpey plc, where achievements included multiple NHBC Quality Awards in 2011, 2012, 2017, 2019, and 2021. Earlier career roles included Finishing Foreman/Assistant Site Manager at Taylor Woodrow and Joiner/Bank Fitter in self-employment. David holds a Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Management obtained in 2018 and has foundational qualifications in Carpentry/Joinery from Barnsley College of Technology.
