Andrew Isar

Andrew Isar is the Founder and President of Miller Isar, Inc., a firm established in 1994 that specializes in government affairs, compliance, and policy strategies, building client effectiveness and value for over 25 years. Prior to this, Andrew held the position of VP State Affairs at ASCENT from 1994 to 2001, where contributions included the formation of the Telecommunications Resellers Association and management of the Association's state regulatory program in relation to the 1996 Telecommunications Act. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California, a B.S. in Business from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and an MS in Systems Management from The Wharton School.
