Jim Martinoski

Jim Martinoski serves as the President of the Executive Board at the National Capital Chapter of the American Concrete Institute since January 2024 and has been the Vice President at Miller & Long Co., Inc. since August 2018, where responsibilities include logistics management across various operations. Prior experience includes roles at Westinghouse Electric Company from October 2009 to August 2018, where Jim held several management positions, including Director of the Civil, Structural, & Architectural department, overseeing over 230 engineers globally, and Manager of Software and Systems Technology, among others, contributing to significant projects like the AP1000 design initiatives. Previous work also includes serving as Senior Project Manager at Clark Construction Group, LLC from July 2000 to October 2009. Jim holds an M.B.A. in Finance, Marketing, IT, Economics, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Pittsburgh and an Engineer’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University.
