Dan Ferrise is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, notably manufacturing and corrections. Since 2005, Dan has served as CEO of Miller Manufacturing Company, driving growth in Farm, Ranch, and Pet products with a strong focus on American-made goods. Prior roles include Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President of Manufacturing at Frandsen Corporation, where Dan implemented a shared services model and core processes to enhance operational efficiency. Dan also held the position of President at Plastech Corporation, gaining expertise in engineered plastics. Dan's early career includes significant achievements as CEO of MINNCOR Industries, transforming a struggling corrections program into a profitable enterprise. Dan's tenure as Warden of Stillwater Prison reflects a commitment to both leadership and community impact, inspired by family legacy. Dan holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Business Administration from Concordia University-St. Paul.
