Sergio Navarro

Sergio Navarro has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sergio founded and served as the CEO of Miller & Marc, a lifestyle brand focused on offering designer eyewear at a fair price while making a positive social impact. Sergio was responsible for engaging directly with consumers and successfully delivering high-quality frames at an affordable price.

Prior to their entrepreneurial venture, Sergio worked as the Director of Sales Spain at Funding Circle Deutschland (formerly Zencap), an online marketplace connecting small businesses with investors for business loans. Sergio oversaw borrower relationships and partnerships in Spain, aiming to provide businesses easy access to funds and investors with a fair return.

Sergio also held leadership positions at Groupon España, where they served as Vice President of Sales and City Manager for Málaga and Cádiz. As Vice President, they participated in developing the company's strategy and was responsible for recruitment. As City Manager, they successfully executed the commercial strategy, surpassing financial targets, and recruited and trained high-performing sales teams.

Their early professional experience includes working as a Summer M&A Analyst at Martin Wolf Securities and as an Auditor at Price Waterhouse Coopers and BDO Spain. Sergio also gained exposure to private banking as a Private Banking Intern Analyst at Royal Bank of Scotland Business.

Sergio Navarro obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, from the year 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2008, they attended Universidad Complutense de Madrid and earned a Licenciado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas. Additionally, in 2006 and 2007, Sergio attended Stockholm University's School of Business as part of the ERASMUS program, focusing on Finance.
