Ron Galle has a strong background in the food industry, specializing in food safety and regulatory roles. Ron started their career at Cargill in 1993, where they held various positions including Assistant Facility Manager, Plant Manager, and Milling Division EHS/FS Manager. In 2008, they joined Archer Daniels Midland Company as the Division Quality Assurance Manager, and then went on to become the Director of Quality Assurance and Food Safety. Ron later became the Director of Food Safety and Regulatory at the same company. Currently, Ron is the Corporate Director of Food Safety and Regulatory at Miller Milling Company, a position they have held since 2019.
Ron Galle pursued their Bachelor's degree in Milling Science and Management at Kansas State University from 1986 to 1990.
