Dr. Roger Stearns D.D. has a diverse work experience in the food industry, with a particular focus on food safety and quality assurance. Dr. Roger started their career as a 1st & 2nd Processing Superintendent at Butterball, LLC in 1992, where they worked until 1999. Dr. Roger then served as a Facility Manager at Gold n Plump from 1999 to 2000. After that, they joined Butterball, LLC again and worked as a 2nd Processing Superintendent from 2001 to 2003. In 2004, Dr. Stearns joined Coleman Natural Foods as the Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance, a role they held until 2012. Dr. Roger then became the Plant Manager at Miller Poultry from 2012 to 2018. Currently, they are the Director of Food Safety & Quality Assurance at Miller Poultry. Alongside their career in the food industry, Dr. Stearns has also been involved in community activities. Since 2014, they have served as a Deacon at Grace Christian Church and as a Youth Leader at Powerhouse.

Dr. Roger Stearns D.D. obtained their bachelor's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from the Newburgh Theological Seminary. Later, they pursued further education and completed their Doctorate in Theology/Ministry/Apologetics from the same institution, Newburgh Theological Seminary between 2018 and 2019.
