Mina Mikhail has worked for several companies since 2012. Mina began their career at Unilever as a Lab Assistant in 2012. In 2013, they moved to Pepperidge Farm, where they worked as a Sensory Lab Coordinator. In 2015, they returned to Unilever as a Stability Lab Representative. As Safety Manager, Mina is responsible for overseeing the company's DOT, HAZMAT, IATA, and Tier II compliance standards, maintaining and training of Hazardous Communication, Respiratory, Sexual Harassment, and Cyber Security programs, and maintaining inventory of all hazardous chemicals on site and disposal of.

Mina Mikhail attended Sacred Heart University from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy/Therapist. Mina then attended Touro University from 2010 to 2012, where they also earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy/Therapist. Before that, Mina attended the University of Connecticut from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Chemistry & Mathematics.
