Kirk Allen

Kirk Allen is an experienced attorney and senior partner at Miller Stratvert PA, where Kirk has worked since February 1989. Specializing in real property, lease and easement acquisitions, and land use issues, Kirk represents major utilities, pipeline companies, and wind and solar developers across Federal, State, Tribal, and private land. Kirk Allen earned a law degree from The University of New Mexico School of Law, completing studies from 1985 to 1988.
