Mike Phillips

Mike Phillips is an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Vice President of Preconstruction at Miller Tippens Construction Company, LLC since April 2022. Prior to this role, Mike held leadership positions at FCG - Fleming Construction Group, where responsibilities included Vice President - OKC and Chief Estimator from August 2018 to March 2022.
