Joyce Bogan

Joyce Bogan has over 40 years of experience in property management. Joyce started their career at West Shell Commercial in 1978, where they worked as a Property Manager for 23 years. Joyce then joined Miller-Valentine Group in 2001 as a Property Manager, where they managed various types of properties and assisted development teams with budget forecasting and sales teams with office condo unit sales. In 2013, Joyce was promoted to Vice President of Commercial Property Management at Miller-Valentine Group. Joyce is currently working as the Vice President of Commercial Property Management at Culmen Real Estate Services Inc., a position they have held since 2018.

Joyce Bogan obtained their Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1992. Joyce also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Mount St. Joseph University and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Miami University.
