Sean Looney

Sean Looney has a strong background in construction project management. Sean started their career as a Project Manager at Miller Valentine Construction in October 2022 and is currently serving in this role. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Project Manager at the same company from May 2018 to October 2022. Sean also gained experience as an Assistant Project Manager co-op from January 2017 to May 2018. Before joining Miller Valentine Construction, Sean worked as a Project Engineer co-op at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. from May 2016 to August 2016. Sean also had the opportunity to work as a Project Manager co-op at The Kroger Company from January 2015 to December 2015.

Sean Looney has a strong educational background in the field of construction management and real estate. Sean obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati, where they studied from 2012 to 2018.

Prior to their university education, Sean Looney completed their high school education at Lehman Catholic High School, graduating with a High School Diploma in 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Sean Looney has also obtained several certifications in the construction industry. Sean completed the Project Manager Academy from FMI in September 2022, and has several certifications from Procore Technologies, including Project Manager (Construction Financials) in March 2019, Project Manager (Core Tools) in February 2019, Project Manager (Field Productivity) in February 2019, Project Manager (Project Management) in February 2019, and Project Manager (Quality & Safety) in February 2019.

Furthermore, Sean Looney has completed the 30-hour Construction Safety and Health course from the Mid-America OSHA Education Center in July 2018. Sean also holds a LEED Green Associate certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, obtained in December 2017, and an OSHA - 10 HR certification from OSHA, obtained in November 2013.
