Bronwyn Krohn has over 16 years of work experience in various engineering roles. In 2003, they started as an Engineering Intern at Superior Plastic, Inc. Bronwyn then joined Tk Holdings Inc. in 2004, where they worked as a Seatbelt Engineering Intern and later became an Airbag Product Engineer. During their time at Tk Holdings Inc., Bronwyn developed business relationships with design centers in Japan, Germany, and Mexico and managed products from start to finish. In 2008, they joined Herman Miller as an Options Engineer and later transitioned to roles such as Performance Engineer, New Product Development Engineer, and Senior Performance Engineer. Bronwyn was responsible for scoping new projects, developing innovative test methods, and mentoring and training employees. In 2019, Bronwyn joined MillerKnoll as a Performance Engineering Manager, where they led a team and oversaw the company's transition to multiple brands worldwide. Bronwyn focused on cross-department relationship building and ensuring resource allocation and goal achievement.
