Ganesh Aroor

Ganesh Aroor has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ganesh has been working at MillerKnoll since 2017, starting as a Lead Testing Services and currently serving as the Technology Support Manager. Prior to MillerKnoll, they worked at Geometric Ltd. as a QA Team Lead and later as a Project Manager/Quality Manager. Before Geometric Ltd., they were employed at Think3 Designs India Pvt. Ltd., where they held the positions of Lead - Quality Assurance Team and Team Lead - Technical Support Team. Ganesh'searlier experience includes working at Magnetic Electronics Devices Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Manager in the Tool Engineering Department, and at Adeep Locks Limited as a GET in the Production Engineering Department.

Ganesh Aroor's education history begins in 1991 when they completed their SSLC (State Board) from Nirmala High School, Brahmavar. Ganesh then attended S.M.S. College from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained their PUC (PCMB). In 1994, Ganesh enrolled in RV College Of Engineering and pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering, which they completed in 1998.

Later, in 2000, Ganesh attended the GOVERNMENT TOOL ROOM AND TRAINING CENTRE and completed a Post Diploma in Tool Design, specializing in Tool Engineering, in 2001.

In terms of certifications, Ganesh obtained the ISTQB Foundation Level Certification in Software Testing and the ISTQB Advanced Test Manager Certification in Software Testing in February 2018. Additionally, they received the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in July 2019. There is also an entry for the Certified Software Testing Manager (CSTM) from STQC, Bangalore, but no specific dates are provided for this certification.
