Gwen Moeggenborg Shrm-Scp, Shrbp

Gwen Moeggenborg has extensive work experience in human resources management. Gwen is currently working at MillerKnoll as the Director of HR, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Career Development Manager at MillerKnoll starting in January 2022.

Before joining MillerKnoll, Gwen worked at Herman Miller from September 2014 to January 2022 as the Human Resources Business Partner Manager. In this role, they provided leadership to a team of HR generalists and supported the operations and engineering group by consulting on the design and application of HR programs and strategies.

From October 2006 to September 2014, Gwen served as the Human Resource Manager at Shape Corporation. Gwen was responsible for managing HR functions for the company's US based employees, providing guidance and development during both economic downturns and market growth. Gwen also led HR initiatives during the launch and growth of the company's facilities in Queretaro, Mexico and Pilsen, Czech Republic.

Prior to their role at Shape Corporation, Gwen worked as the Human Resource Manager at Hortech, Inc. from February 2005 to October 2006. Gwen also held the position of Human Resource Manager at Marshall Field's from November 1998 to February 2005.

Throughout their career, Gwen has demonstrated expertise in areas such as talent management, performance management, leadership and employee development, talent acquisition, organizational change, and employee relations. Gwen is SHRM-SCP and sHRBP certified.

Gwen Moeggenborg, SHRM-SCP, sHRBP, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Sciences from Michigan State University from 1994 to 1998. In addition, they have obtained the SHRM - SCP and SHRM-SCP certifications from SHRM in May 2016.
