As Chief Marketing Officer, Jenny Olsen leads the global marketing organization across MillerKnoll, Herman Miller, DWR, and Knoll. Among her chief responsibilities are setting the strategy and driving the overall marketing vision, execution, and measurement within the company’s global retail business and supporting its contract channels globally.
Jenny is an accomplished C-suite executive and board member with deep marketing, leadership, and operating expertise gained from more than 25 years driving growth across diverse portfolios and building iconic brands that connect with people and culture. She has worked with some of the world’s most-known brands and across a wide range of verticals including apparel, footwear, home, media, CPG, and technology.
Prior to joining MillerKnoll in 2025, Jenny served as CMO for established and early growth stage brands, including Crate & Barrel, Caleres, Gap Inc.’s Piperlime, and UNTUCKit.
Jenny holds a B.A. in Political Science from Colgate University and earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
