Kelly Myers

Kelly Myers has extensive work experience in operations management. Most recently, they served as a Senior Operations Manager at MillerKnoll. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Leader at Pace Industries, LLC. Kelly also held the position of Operations Manager at Shape Corp. from 2015 to 2021. Kelly began their career at Hilite International in 1993, where they held various roles including Manufacturing Manager, Materials Manager, Production Controls and Logistics Manager, Production Supervisor, and Production, Customer Service Coordinator, and Shipping Administrator. Throughout their career, Kelly has demonstrated expertise in driving production improvements, implementing lean manufacturing practices, and optimizing inventory management.

Kelly Myers earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Operations from Baker College of Muskegon. Kelly completed their education at the college in 2013.
