Krystle Formsma has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Krystle is currently working as the Sustainability Business Resource Group, North America Co-Lead at MillerKnoll since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Model Maker at Herman Miller. Krystle has been working in the field of art and design as a self-employed artist and designer since September 2007. Krystle has had multiple roles at Herman Miller, including Model Maker Associate, Production Painter, and Material Handler and Forklift Administrator. Krystle also interned at Kurt Perschke Studios, LLC as an Intern for The Redball Project for ArtPrize in 2009. Krystle started their career at Herman Miller as a Material Handler/ Panel Assembly in 2005 and worked there until September 2008.
Krystle Formsma obtained their education in the field of art and design. From 2006 to 2010, they attended Kendall College of Art and Design, where they pursued a degree in Interior Design with a focus on Sculpture and Functional Art. In 2018, they further expanded their skills by attending the School of Motion for the After Effects Kickstart program, for which they received a certification.
