Lisa Logan has extensive experience in the field of compensation and benefits. Lisa is currently a Senior Director, Global Compensation & Benefits at MillerKnoll since June 2023. Prior to this, Lisa worked as a National Executive Account Manager at Kaiser Permanente from July 2021 to May 2023. Before joining Kaiser Permanente, Lisa held various roles at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG™) from 1998 to 2021, including Director, Americas Compensation & Benefits, Director, Americas Benefits, Benefits Manager, Senior Benefits Consultant, and Benefits Consultant. Lisa started their career at Georgia-Pacific LLC as a Senior Benefits Analyst in 1983, where they worked until 1998.

Lisa Logan obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Fashion Merchandising from Mount Mary University. Lisa pursued their education at the university from 1979 to 1983.
