Megha Jigalur

Megha Jigalur is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the HR Manager for India, SEA, and MEA at MillerKnoll since October 2021, Megha has demonstrated expertise in human resources and learning and development throughout a career that began with an HR and Training Executive role at KPIT. Prior to MillerKnoll, Megha held significant positions at Arcadis, including Senior Lead HRBP and Global Design L&D Manager, where skills in business advisory and stakeholder management were honed. Megha's earlier experience includes a tenure at Capgemini as a Process Lead - HR and academic leadership roles at a university in Bangalore. Megha's educational background includes an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Karnatak University.
