Rion Hollenbeck

Rion Hollenbeck has extensive work experience in the field of IT management and network engineering. They currently hold the position of IT Manager - Global Endpoint Solutions at MillerKnoll since March 2022.

Prior to this, Rion worked at Amway for over 19 years. Their roles at Amway included Manager of Unified Communications & Workplace Technology Engineering, Interim Manager of Network Engineering, Manager of Unified Communications Engineering, and Lead Network Specialist.

In these roles, Rion was responsible for leading international teams, designing and deploying unified communications and network infrastructure, managing budgets, and implementing global strategies. They also had experience in supporting a global network, implementing WAN technologies, and developing automated systems for inventory and documentation.

Rion Hollenbeck began their education in 1996 at Ball State University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning & Development. Rion completed this degree program in 2001. Later, from 2001 to 2002, Rion attended Ball State University once again, this time for a Master's degree in Information & Communication Sciences.
