Susan Subracko

Susan Subracko is an accomplished Senior User Experience Researcher at MillerKnoll, a position held since July 2021, following earlier roles as a User Experience Researcher. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Associate at SpoonfulOne from 2017 to July 2019 and as the Director of Community at Resurrection Brooklyn Heights from 2014 to 2019. Additional experience includes working as a Marketing Consultant at Take3 and a Marketing Project Manager at Esurance. Susan holds a Certificate in UX research from the Interaction Design Foundation and a Master of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary, along with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Truman State University.
