Tatiana G. has a diverse range of work experience in the design and architecture industry. Tatiana is currently the Lead of Workplace & Consultancy services in the Asia & Middle East region at MillerKnoll, where they utilize workplace strategy principles and data analysis software to propose and implement solutions that meet client requirements. Prior to this, Tatiana worked as a Performance Environments Workplace Consultant at Herman Miller, supporting global accounts in the Asia Pacific and Middle East and Africa region. Tatiana also served as a Senior Interior Designer at JLL Project and Development Services, where they developed innovative workplaces for strategic global clients. Additionally, Tatiana has experience as a Senior Designer at Infinity Design & Engineering and as the co-founder and Lead Designer of SOMOS Design. Tatiana has also worked as a Senior Interior Designer at PLUSspace International and Dutch Design Workspace, and as a Project Manager at Stefano Ricci S.p.A. and EBU Architects. Tatiana's expertise includes space planning, data analysis, change management, negotiation, and design and architecture skills.
Tatiana G. has a diverse education history spanning various fields of study. Tatiana began their education in 2001 at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, where they earned a degree in Architecture in 2006. In 2005, they also participated in a semester exchange program at Technische Universität Wien, focusing on Urban Design.
From 2007 to 2009, Tatiana pursued further studies at the Czech Technical University in Prague, earning a Master's degree in Architecture and Urbanism. Following this, in 2010, they attended the Summer University Carinthia for a workshop on Urban Design and Architecture, specifically focusing on the Sochi 2014 project.
In 2016, Tatiana attended OBS Business School, where they pursued a Candidate Master's degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, with a primary focus on Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Tatiana completed this program in 2017.
Additionally, Tatiana has obtained a certification in Prosci Change Management from Prosci in June 2020.
