Osman Sahin

Osman SAHIN is a skilled project manager and process engineer with a strong background in production management and industrialization. Currently serving as Chef de projet & process at MILLET PLASTICS GROUP since September 2022, Osman oversees product development and manufacturing process industrialization while managing spare parts for production machinery and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, as Ingénieur Méthodes et Industrialisation at SMP Moules from September 2018 to August 2022, Osman gained valuable experience in project management, technical manual creation, and operational improvements, including the implementation of a new ERP system. Additionally, Osman has experience as a Technicien Méthodes at MBF Aluminum, focusing on product testing for pressure aluminum injection. With a Master's degree in Production Management and various relevant qualifications, Osman combines technical expertise with a commitment to optimizing industrial processes.
