Lauren Dilloian is currently serving as a MA Intern Therapist at Millhill Child & Family Development since January 2023, responsible for mental health counseling, treatment planning, and collaboration with treatment teams. Prior experience includes roles as an Adult Clinical Case Manager and BA Intern at the same organization, focusing on client care coordination and resource management. Lauren has also held positions as a Residential Education and Housing Desk Assistant at The College of New Jersey, and in several serving and management roles in the restaurant industry. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The College of New Jersey, expected to graduate in May 2026.

Millhill Family & Development is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping children and families in Greater Trenton through early education, counseling, family support services and community collaborations. Founded in 1971, Millhill currently serves more than 5,000 individuals in the community with a full-time staff of 65 and the help of volunteers and financial contributors. Millhill services are provided at 101 Oakland Street and 802 Prospect Street in Trenton, NJ.
