Nicole Cowan, MA, LPC, ACS, currently serves as the Clinical Director at Millhill Child & Family Development, a position held since April 2015, overseeing a large team of administrators, therapists, clinical supervisors, and psychiatric providers. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, and program development focused on serving a Medicaid-only clientele. Millhill Family & Development is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping children and families in Greater Trenton through early education, counseling, family support services and community collaborations. Founded in 1971, Millhill currently serves more than 5,000 individuals in the community with a full-time staff of 65 and the help of volunteers and financial contributors. Millhill services are provided at 101 Oakland Street and 802 Prospect Street in Trenton, NJ.
