Fiston Wachiba

Fiston Wachiba possesses extensive experience in customer communication and digital solutions across several reputable organizations. Since October 2017, Fiston has been serving as Responsable des applications et expériences clients at Orange RDC, focusing on communication plans and application monitoring. Prior to this, Fiston has held multiple roles at Millicom International Cellular (Tigo) since June 2011, including Social Media Administrator, responsible for engaging with customers via social media platforms, and Call Center Advisor, handling inbound and outbound customer interactions. Earlier experience includes a position within the Computer Science section of the Social Affairs Ministry of the DRC from March 2005 to November 2011. Fiston holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Kinshasa RDC and a State Diploma in Biochemistry from Ecole Masamba.
