Scott Hayes is currently the Vice President/ Director of Estimating at Millie and Severson, General Contractors. Prior to this role, Scott served as the Chief Estimator at Millie and Severson, Del Amo Construction, Inc., and the City of Santa Monica. Scott also has experience as a Public Works Commissioner at the City of Hermosa Beach. With a background in civil engineering and project management, Scott has managed various construction projects, including the seismic retrofit of Parking Structure #2 for the City of Santa Monica and the expansion and renovation of Fox Hills Mall. Additionally, Scott has an MBA in Real Estate from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
