Shweta Thakkar

Shweta Thakkar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Human Resources at Milliken & Company since December 2021, Shweta leads the HR function for the India region. Prior to this role, Shweta held a Senior Manager position in Corporate HR at TechNova Imaging Systems (P) Ltd. from November 2009 to November 2021, where responsibilities included corporate HR and HR business partner functions. Shweta’s career in human resources began at Cipla, where an HR generalist role was undertaken from July 2007 to November 2009. Shweta holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology and an MBA with dual specialization in HR and Marketing from Saurashtra University, completed between 2005 and 2007.
