Stacey Laurin

Stacey Laurin boasts extensive experience in Human Resources and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) across multiple roles at Milliken & Company since June 2015. Currently serving as the Director of DEI and Production Recruiting, Stacey has held various titles including Senior DEI Program Leader and HR Manager, demonstrating expertise in policy enforcement, workplace safety, and employee support. Prior to Milliken, Stacey worked at Clemson University in roles such as UPIC Program Coordinator and Human Resources Intern, where responsibilities ranged from payroll processing to internship management. Educational qualifications include a BA in Psychology from Clemson University and participation in advanced training at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
