Ashleigh Ballard

Ashleigh Ballard, MHA, PMP, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in healthcare project oversight and management. Currently serving as Project Manager at Milliman since July 2019, Ashleigh is responsible for creating and managing project plans, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance for Veteran’s Health Administration contracts. Previously, as Senior Project Manager at ScribeAmerica, Ashleigh oversaw healthcare systems programs and facilitated onboarding and training for new hires, while actively maintaining client relationships and managing operational strategies. Ashleigh holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from Midwestern State University and a Project Management Certificate from The University of Texas at Austin.
