Brook Boggess

Brook Boggess serves as Vice President & Senior Pharmacy Benefits Consultant at Milliman since August 2022, utilizing expertise in data and analytics to help plan sponsors reduce costs and risks by evaluating PBM contracts and performance. Prior to Milliman, Brook held the position of SVP, Managed Care at Elixir from 2010 to August 2022 and was Vice President of Sales at ProCare Rx in 2009-2010, focusing on customized pharmacy benefit management systems. Earlier career experience includes serving as Corporate Sales Director at RxAmerica from January 2001 to 2009. Brook holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Brigham Young University and an MBA in Marketing & Sales from the Marriott School of Management at BYU.
