Jacy Richards

Jacy Richards is a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst at Milliman, with prior experience as a Data Analyst at the American College of Surgeons. At the American College of Surgeons, Jacy maintained and improved code modules for data quality checks, managed data for a nationwide gun violence grant, and produced annual deliverables to enhance process efficiency. Jacy's experience also includes roles as a Contact Tracer at the University of Illinois Chicago, leading case investigations during the COVID-19 pandemic, and as a Research Technician at Rush University Medical Center, conducting immunology studies and protocol development for clinical trials. Jacy holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Michigan.
