Katherine Fleming is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the actuarial and client relations fields. Since joining Milliman in September 2008, Katherine has held various positions, including Principal, Director of Client Relations, Client Service Manager, and Senior Client Service Analyst. Prior to this, Katherine completed an actuarial internship at USAA in 2007. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Southern Methodist University, which was earned between 2004 and 2008.
