Matthew Smith is a seasoned program manager currently at Milliman, with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Previously, Matthew held principal and senior consultant positions at Infosys Consulting, focusing on process improvement and project management in software development life cycles (SDLC), ITIL, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
