Mike Lamora

Mike LaMora is a seasoned Quality Assurance professional with over 23 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Milliman since February 2018, LaMora specializes in delivering software quality assurance within an Agile and Azure DevOps environment for a Benefits Administration platform catering to over 200 clients, focusing on test automation development and maintenance using Selenium and C#. Previously, as a Quality Assurance Lead at Mercer from November 2007 to January 2018, LaMora managed large-scale Benefits Outsourcing pension implementations, ensuring client satisfaction and overseeing project quality with a team of offshore associates.
