Nicholas Gersch

Nicholas Gersch, FSA, MAAA, currently serves as Senior Actuary at Imagine Pediatrics since March 2024 and has held the position of Associate Actuary at Milliman since January 2021. Previous roles include Managing Consultant at both Guidehouse and Navigant, as well as Actuary at the Texas Office of the Inspector General. Nicholas began a career in the actuarial field at Wakely Consulting Group as an Associate Actuary and worked as a Health & Benefits Actuarial Consultant at Aon. Prior experience includes positions as a Paralegal/Law Clerk at The Ambrose Law Group and McBrearty & McBrearty, where Nicholas conducted document review and legal research. Additionally, Nicholas worked as a self-employed Math Tutor, assisting high school students. Nicholas holds a BA in East Asian Studies with a Math minor from Kalamazoo College, alongside international academic experiences at Harbin Institute of Technology and Capital Normal University.
